Great location for exploring old town with short walk to main attractions. Good water pressure and hot water in shower. Room had kettle provided. Vegetarian-friendly breakfast options. Russian-speaking staff members.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was in close proximity to the old city center and the most beautiful park. It was also really close to the tramway station in Serkeci, making transportation around the city convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities provided were great. the staff were pretty good too ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options.

Great location with easy access to all the main sites and public transportation. Helpful staff were very good to assist with various needs. The breakfast was delicious with fresh bread, salads, and lots of olives.
The bathroom facilities were not well-maintained, with black mold on the showerhead and drains. The towels provided had stains on them, indicating a lack of cleanliness.

The hotel is located in the heart of old Istanbul, just behind the Sirkeci Railway Station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms offer stunning views of the Golden Horn and the Bosphorus Strait, which adds to the charm of the stay. The breakfast buffet on the 5th floor is a highlight, with a variety of delicious dishes and a great view across the "golden horn.

As a budget traveler, I appreciated the hotel's convenient location near major landmarks and transportation options. The staff, including Gokhan, Nejat, Menden, Gclal. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi with good connection, and the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with tea/coffee sets and bathroom accessories.
Felt lucky, no complaints.
